You can have the best product specs, but your product can still go wrong. Factories in China are fast but not always precise. Corners get cut, substitutions happen, and unless you’re there in person, you may not find out until it is too late – when the container lands and your customers are already waiting.

At Importano, we are not about taking chances. Our local team inspects goods where they’re produced, checking everything from materials and labeling to packaging and build quality. If we spot an issue, we document it and loop you in fast – with clear evidence and next steps.

Pre-Shipment Inspection
Before your goods leave the factory, we inspect units directly – checking for defects, material consistency, workmanship, and proper labeling. You get real photos and honest feedback every single time.
In-Process Checks
For larger or more sensitive orders, we can inspect goods during production. That means issues get caught early, not after 10,000 units are boxed and sealed.
Packaging Verification
Have the labels been printed wrong? Are the boxes not strong enough for shipping? We check all outer packaging for accuracy, durability, and regulatory compliance. This is important for retail or Amazon sellers.
Custom Checklist
Every product is different. We work with you to define what “acceptable” looks like, then create custom checklists to inspect against – whether it’s finish, functionality, or measurements.
Defect Reports
If something is off, we talk to the factory directly to get answers, fixes, or replacements. You’re looped in with documentation and a real path forward.
